اثر سویه های میکوریز تحت تنش آبی بر عملکرد و اسانس دو توده بومی رازیانه (Foeniculum vulgare L)

به منظور مطالعه واکنش عملکرد و میزان اسانس دو توده بومی رازیانه در برابر سویه های میکوریز تحت تاثیر تنش آبی، پژوهشی در سال 1393 در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تبریز به صورت اسپلیت اسپلیت پلات در قالب طرح پایه بلوک های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار روی دو توده بومی رازیانه اصفهان و ملایر به عنوان عامل اصلی، آبیاری در سه سطح 70، 100 و 130 میلی متر تبخیر از تشتک به عنوان عامل فرعی و سویه های قارچ میکوریز شامل Rhizophagus intraradicesو Funneliformis mosseaeو شاهد (بدون تلقیح) به عنوان عامل فرعی فرعی اجرا شد. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده در بوته های حاصل از رشد بذور تلقیح شده با این سویه های قارچی، محتوای نسبی آب برگ افزایش یافت. شاخص کلروفیل برگ رازیانه در صورت تلقیح بذر با این سویه ها در مقایسه با عدم تلقیح حدود 39% افزایش یافت. در صورت آبیاری رازیانه بر اساس 100 میلی متر تبخیر از تشتک، اختلاف بین سویه ها با شاهد پدیدار شد و هر بوته 4.7 شاخه بیشتری نسبت به شاهد تولید کرد. بیشترین عملکرد اسانس در سطوح آبیاری 70 و 100 میلی متر تبخیر از تشتک به میزان 18.5 لیتر در هکتار و کمترین مقدار آن نیز از سطح 130 میلی متر تبخیر، معادل 11 لیتر در هکتار، حاصل شد. بدین ترتیب در شرایط آب و هوایی نیمه خشک تلقیح بذر با سویه های این قارچ می تواند اثر تنش آبی روی عملکرد رازیانه را تعدیل کند.
This study was aimed at the evaluation of yield and essence responses of two fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) local varieties to mycorrhiza under water stress conditions. It was performed in a split split plot experiment based on randomized complete block design at the Agricultural Research Station of Islamic Azad University, Tabriz Branch, Iran, during 2013. Factors under study were two fennel land races of Esfahan and Malayer assigned to main plots, three levels to irrigation (70, 100 and 130 mm evaporation from pan) to sub plots and use of two mycorrhizal strains (Rhizophagus intraradices and Funneliformis mosseaeas) and control to sub sub plot. Results revealed that relative water content of leaves in inoculated seeds were improved. It was also observed that chlorophyle content index of fennel leaves in inoculated plants increased by 39% compared to the control. When inoculated plants were irrigated at 100 mm evaporation from pan, it was increased in secondary branches by 4.7 per plant. Plants irrigated at 70 mm and 100 mm evaporation produced higher essence yield (18.5 l.ha-1), but its increase was only 11 l.ha-1 when plants irrigation at 130 mm evaporation. It is concluded that plants in semi arid areas may tolerate drought when seeds inoculated with mycorrhiza better than plants non-inoculated seeds.
