ارزیابی میزان کارآفرینی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی

هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی کارآفرینی با بررسی پنج ویژگی انگیزۀ پیشرفت، استقلالطلبی، خطرپذیری و خلاقیت در دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تبریز بود. برای این منظور، با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی، 510 نفر از میان دانشجویان انتخاب شده و مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان دارد که میزان خلاقیت دانشجویانگروه فنی،مهندسیوپایه از دانشجویان گروهعلومانسانی، بیشتر است و دانشجویان پسر، نسبت به دانشجویان دختر استقلال طلبتر، ریسکپذیرتر و خلاقترند. همچنین، میزان انگیزۀ پیشرفت دانشجویان مجرد از دانشجویان متأهل بیشتر است و مقاطع کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری از نیاز به پیشرفت، خلاقیت و کنترل درونی بالاتری برخوردارند.
Abstract oday, work in its new shape and towards self employment and self employers moves, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs in the process of economic development communities, play a key role. Recent experience in countries such as Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and India, full of dramatic activities that entrepreneurs have been given today to the development of the country. It should be noted,that entrepreneurs only create new job opportunities which don't exist, but by thinking, mobility and culture it's, creative destruction are available to announce from the heart of ancient ruins, grand building to build prosperity and progress. In this study, the five characteristics of entrepreneurial needs for achievement or progress motivation, independence, risk, creativity and entrepreneurial characteristics of internal control evaluation, Islamic Azad University- Tabriz brunch, is measured. The study is descriptive and stratified random sampling method. The classification factors, the types of colleges where students are enrolled. To estimate the population variance and sample size to determine the first 30 subjects in each group, randomly selected students, variance and the community were calculated by distributing questionnaires among them. Formula is based on variance and sample size, sample amount of 510 persons from society to statistics, more than 27 thousand students was estimated. According to research students in the characteristics of independence progress motivation and creativity is higher than average in the field of risk and internal control is less than average. Then these features between the variables gender, educational groups and educational levels also were examined between the level of achievement motivation, independence, risk and internal control groups of students in educational level of creativity and engineering is higher than students in depertment of humanities. Male students are more independent than girls, more at risk more creative. Students vary in terms of marital status between independence, risk, creativity and inner control group students, but there was no difference in academic achievement motivation level of students which is single are more than married students. Variable Degree reviews indicate that the problem between risk characteristics and the need for independent expertise and skill levels of the differences between master's and doctoral levels with no master's and doctoral levels, but the need for progress, creativity and internal control were higher.
