In recent years, the use of a common bacteria that are known as probiotics in dairy products and meat, toincrease and improve the health of the human digestive system function has increased. Lactobacilli are knownfor being used as probiotics in food product. Lactobacillus are gram-positive bacteria and Microaerophilic. Theyare the normal intestinal flora and female genital tract and the mouth , and are known because of the hightolerance of bear bile salts and growth at low pH. Some Lactobacillus species may have health benefits such asanti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. In this research 5 species of Lactobacilluses, isolated from Banetraditional cheeses, and their anti-microbial properties against enteric pathogens Salmonella and E.coli have beeninvestigated.Material and Methods: In this study, agar spot test and three types of environment (MRS broth and agar andMuller Hinton broth + 7% agar) were used. The results of experiments for the various species of Lactobacillusagainst Salmonella were different and E.coli. The disk method which is based on using Lactobacillus strainssupernatant against Salmonella and E.coli was used and inhibition zone at times 24, 48 and 72 hours intervalswas measured. Last method was death kinetics of Enteric pathogens Salmonella and E.coli in isolatedLactobacilli, that 1 ml of pathogenic bacteria suspension was added to 10 ml of Lactobacillus supernatant ofeach sample and incubated at 37° c, and measuring the turbidity at different intervals was conducted.Conclusion: This study demonstrates the relative antimicrobial effect of Lactobacillus species againstSalmonella and E.coli. The effect of Lactobacillus species against pathogens and also the pathogens themselvesare in general, using three different methods, antibacterial effect of lactobacilli isolated from Bane traditionalcheese has been demonstrated in this research
