بررسی تاثیر عصاره آبی زنیان (Carum copticum) بر شاخصهای کلیوی و میزان سدیم و پتاسیم سرم در موش صحرایی نر

چکیده مقاله :
زنیان به دلیل داشتن ترکیباتی از قبیل تیمول، پاراسمین، آلفاپنین، دی پنتن، گاماترپنین، بتاپنین، سابینن، میرسن و کارواکرول به طور وسیعی در درمان بیماری های مختلف مورد توجه قرار دارد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر عصاره آبی این گیاه بر شاخص های کلیوی در موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار می باشد. به منظور انجام این تحقیق 72 سر موش نر نژاد ویستار به 6 گروه ،شامل کنترل، شاهد و گروه های تجربی (1تا 4) تقسیم شدند. بر روی گروه کنترل هیچ تیماری صورت نگرفت. گروه شاهد روزانه 2/0 میلی لیتر آب مقطر و گروههای تجربی 1 تا 4 روزانه به ترتیب 200، 400 ، 600 و 800 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم عصاره آبی زنیان به صورت داخل صفاقی دریافت کردند. بعد از گذشت 16 و 32 روز از شروع آزمایش در دو مرحله از حیوانات خونگیری به عمل آمد و پس از جداسازی سرم، بررسی شاخص های کلیوی و میزان سدیم و پتاسیم سرم انجام گرفت. اندازه گیری ازت اوره،اوره و کراتینین به روش بیوشیمیایی با استفاده از کیتهای شرکت پارس آزمون و به وسیله اتوآنالانیزر و اندازه گیری سدیم و پتاسیم به روش فلیم فتومتر انجام شد. داده ها با نرم افزار SPSSو توسط آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و تست توکی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت (05/ 0 > p). مصرف عصاره آبی زنیان صرف نظر از دوز در کوتاه مدت و طولانی مدت سبب افزایش فعالیت کلیه ها می شود. تجویز عصاره در کوتاه مدت باعث کاهش غلظت سرمی سدیم در گروههای تجربی 1 و 3 (200 و 600 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم) نسبت به گروه کنترل شد در حالی که در دراز مدت، غلظت سرمی سدیم در هر چهار گروه تجربی نسبت به گروه کنترل افزایش نشان داد. عصاره در کوتاه مدت و دراز مدت باعث کاهش غلظت سرمی پتاسیم در هر 4 گروه تجربی نسبت به گروه کنترل گردید. این تحقیق نشان می دهد که مصرف عصاره آبی زنیان سبب افزایش فعالیت کلیه می شود، گرچه جزئیات تاثیر این عصاره در کوتاه مدت و دراز مدت مقداری متفاوت است.

Due to the compounds such as thymol, para-fat, Lfapnyn, D Pntn, Gamatrpnyn, Btapnyn, limonene, myrcene and carvacrol, Ajowan is widely used in the treatment of various diseases. This study aims at evaluating the effect of aqueous extract of Carum copticum on renal indices in male wistar rats. In this study 72 rats were divided into 6 groups, including control, sham and experimental groups (1 to 4). The control group didn’t receive any treatment while the sham received 0.2 ml distilled water daily and 1 to 4 experimental groups received 200, 400, 600 and 800 mg/ kg/day of aqueous extract of C. copticum intraperitoneally, respectively. After lapse of 16 and 32 days, serum samples were collected. Renal indices were measured by Autoanalayzer (with Pars Azmoon kits) and sodium and potassium were measured by flame photometer. Data was analyzed by ANOVA statistical tests and Tukey test (p <0.05). Regardless of the dosage of the extract, it increased the renal function in short-term and long-term. Compared to the control group, while serum concentrations of sodium in exp. groups 1 and 3 (200 and 400 mg/ kg/day) was decreased in the short term, it was increased in the all experimental groups in long term. Administration of extract in both short and long terms increased serum concentrations of potassium in all experimental groups compared to the control group. This study suggests that increased consumption of aqueous extract of C. copticum increases renal function, although its effects are somewhat different in the short term and the long term.
