چکیده مقاله :
به منظور بررسی اثر غلظت های مختلف پیش تیمار یذر دوروم بهاره با چند عنصر ریزمغذی، پژوهشی به صورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تبریز در سال 1392 به اجرا درآمد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل پیش تیمار با چهار غلظت 0، 1، 3 و 5 در هزار سولفات روی، سولفات منگنز و اسید بوریک بودند. اثر ترکیبات عناصر و همچنین اثر متقابل دو فاکتور غلظت و ترکیبات عناصر اثر معنیداری بر صفات وزن خشک تک بوته، شاخص برداشت، وزن خشک ساقه، طول سنبله در سطح احتمال 1% و تعداد سنبلچه در سطح احتمال 5% داشت. پیش تیمار بذور گندم دوروم با سولفات روی موجب بهبود صفات وزن خشک بوته و شاخص برداشت داشت. با پیش تیمار بذور با غلظت 1 و 5 میلی گرم در کیلوگرم به ترتیب بیشترین وزن خشک بوته و شاخص برداشت حاصل شد. همچنین پیش تیمار بذور با آب مقطر نیز موجب افزایش وزن خشک ساقه و تعداد سنبلچه گردید. پیش تیمار بذور با سولفات روی و آب مقطر برای بهبود صفات فیزیولوژیکی گندم دوروم در شرایط مزرعه ای توصیه می گردد.

To study the effect of various micronutrients concentrations as seed priming on spring durum wheat, an experiment was conducted in factorial experiment based on completely randomized design in three replications at Research Station of Tabriz University during growing seasons of 2012-2013.
