A house, as a primary dwelling is designed according to life style and current values in the life and mind of Residents. House is a cultural element, containing cultural meanings situated in the spirit of a house, distinguish the form of other houses. Special life style and conduct of residents becomes value through time. This value organizes the meaning in the mind and determines meaning of life and appropriate physical space. In this paper, we have tried to study theories of a philosopher concerning meaning issue and meaning ontology, and meaning of life, and then, present components to evaluation the meaning in historical houses of Mazandaran. Indexes and questionnaire were used through the components. Six historical houses were selected to evaluate, filled by ten specialists for each house. This paper describes the theoretical framework by qualitative research approach and analysis method. It assesses qualitative components to quantitative components, based on the evidences and documents. Then, it provides reliable criteria. مفهوم توسعه فرهنگی عبارتست از نوعی دگرگونی که از طریق تراکم برگشت ناپذیر عناصر فرهنگی در جامعه ای معین صورت می گیرد و جامعه بر اثر آن بطور مؤثرتری از محیط طبیعی و اجتماعی مراقبت می کند. فرآیند توسعه‌ی فرهنگی محصول ساز و کارهای تاریخی، سیاسی، اجتماعی و خانوادگی است که به تدریج شکل می‌گیرد و به تدریج هم تغییر می‌یابد و یا از بین می‌رود. این پژوهش توصیفی است، از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر عمق در زمره پژوهش های ژرفانگر قرار می گیرد. روش پژوهش از نوع "روش کیفی" است و با "تکنیک دلفی" اجرا شده است. جمعیت آماری این پژوهش متخصصان و خبرگان مدیریت فرهنگی و علوم اجتماعی هستند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه بوده و داده‌ها با SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل گردیده است. شاخص های سنجش مدیریت توسعه فرهنگی در کلانشهر تهران در قالب هشت بعد اصلی، 18 مولفه و 60 گویه طبقه بندی شده اند. یافته‌های حاصل از این پژوهش بطور خلاصه نشان داد مدیریت توسعه فرهنگی کلانشهر تهران بر عواملی مانند مبادلات فرهنگی، توسعه گردشگری، همسو سازی فعالیت های سازمان ها و نهاد های فرهنگی، آموزش های فرهنگی و انجام پژوهش های کاربردی تاکید دارد. تفاصيل المقالة
