ساخت و اعتبارسنجی ابزار سنجش ارزش مشارکت حاصل از تجربه گردشگران

ملخص المقالة :
در این پژوهش، محقق با استفاده از روش ترکیبی، درصدد ساخت و اعتباریابی ابزار سنجش ارزش مشارکت گردشگران میباشد. در مرحله اول با استفاده از روش فراترکیب، تحقیقات انجام شده پیرامون موضوع طی سالهای 2000 تا سال 2020 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته و ارزشهای حاصل از مشارکت گردشگران شناسایی شده است. در مرحله دوم بر اساس مطالعه ادبیات تحقیق، پرسشنامهای تهیه و در اختیار تعدادی از اساتید دانشگاه و محققان بازاریابی و گردشگری قرار گرفته و پس از اعمال نظرات و اصلاحات لازم، در بین 440 نفر از گردشگرانی که در 5 سال گذشته به یکی از کشورهای مالزی، امارات، آذربایجان و ترکیه سفر کرده بودند توزیع گشت. در ادامه اعتبار سنجی مدل با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS24 انجام گرفت. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی برازش الگوی 5 عاملی را تأیید نمود. بر اساس نتایج بهدست آمده پرسشنامه این تحقیق میتواند به عنوان ابزار مناسبی برای سنجش ارزش مشارکت گردشگران مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. استفاده از روش ترکیبی برای شناسایی پیامدهای حاصل از مشارکت گردشگران و همچنین معرفی ابزاری برای سنجش ارزش مشارکت گردشگران از نوآوریهای این تحقیق بوده است.
