بررسی تغییرات کمیت و کیفیت اسانس گیاه دارویی Nepeta crispa Willd. در رویشگاههای مختلف طبیعی زراعی

ملخص المقالة :
گیاه مفرّاح با نام علمی Nepeta crispa Willd. از تیره نعناعیان، از جمله گیاهان بومی ایران می باشد که به صورت خودرو اطراف کوه الوند استان همدان رویش دارد. از این گیاه بهعنوان ضدنفخ، ضدالتهاب، مسکن، ضد باکتری و ضد قارچ استفاده میشود. هدف این تحقیق، بررسی فیتوشیمیایی ترکیبات اسانس اندام هوایی این گیاه در مرحله رویشی، کشت شده در دانشگاه تربیت مدرس تهران با ارتفاع 1283 متر از سطح دریا، و مقایسه با نمونه های برداشت شده از مناطق خودروی: ارزان فود و گشانی بهترتیب با ارتفاعات 3015 و 2489 متر از سطح دریا میباشد. نمونه گیاهان در اوایل مرداد ماه 1397 برداشت شدند. اسانس هر سه نمونه در مرحله رویشی با روش تقطیر با آب استخراج گردید و با استفاده از دستگاههای GC-FIDو GC-MS آنالیزگردید. درصد اسانس در نمونه های جمع آوری شده از ارزان فود، گشانی و مزرعه، بهترتیب 13/2، 97/1 و 55/0 درصد بود. ترکیبات اصلی شناسایی شده: 8،1- سینئول (3/40، 5/48، 9/49 درصد)، 4aα,7β,7aα- نپتالاکتون[1] (8/34، 7/3، 7/24 درصد) و بتا- پینن (2/6، 4/5، 4/5 درصد) بهترتیب در نمونه های مزرعه، گشانی و ارزان فود مشاهده شد. هرچند میزان درصد اسانس و ماده 1، 8-سینئول، در نمونه کشت شده در تهران کاهش یافت، با این حال میزان ترکیب نپتالاکتون در این نمونهها افزایش یافت. با توجه به نتایج بهدست آمده تغییر شرایط محیطی نقش مهمی در تغییر کمیت و کیفیت اسانس این گیاه داشته است، ولی کشت در محلی با اختلاف ارتفاع بیش از 1200 متر، پایین تر نسبت به محل رویش اصلی، نشانی امیدبخش برای پتانسیل اهلی کردن N. crispa میباشد. بهینهسازی عوامل دیگری مانند کشت در منطقهای نزدیک رویشگاه اصلی و یا تیمارهای تغذیه، تنشهای زیستی و غیر زیستی، میتواند کیفیت گیاه را نسبت به نمونه خودرو بهبود بخشد.
