اثر ارتفاع و خصوصیات خاک بر برخی متابولیتهای ثانویه اندامهای مختلف بنفشه معطر (Viola odorata L.) در رویشگاههای مختلف طبیعی استان مازندران

عوامل محیطی مختلف شامل ارتفاع از سطح دریا و خصوصیات خاک بر رشد و تولیدات گیاهان در اکوسیستمهای طبیعی موثر است. گیاه دارویی بنفشهمعطر (Viola odoratata L.) از خانواده Violaceae، علفی و چندساله بوده و بهصورت خودرو در نواحی کوهستانی شمال ایران و در برخی از نواحی کشور رویش دارد. پژوهش حاضر به منظور ارزیابی و مقایسه فیتوشیمایی و فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی اندامهای برگ، گل و ریشه گیاه در نه رویشگاه استان مازندارن در اسفند ماه سال 1398 صورت گرفت. پس از جمعآوری اندامهای هوایی و زمینی گیاه در مرحله گلدهی و تهیه عصاره متانولی از طریق التراسونیک، محتوای فنلی و فلاونوئیدی بترتیب از روشهای فولین سیکالتو و رنگسنجی کلرید آلومینیوم، فعالیت آنتی اکسیدانی با آزمون مهار رادیکالهای آزاد دی فنیل پیکریل هیدرازیل (DPPH) و آنتوسیانین گل از روش واگنر سنجیده شد. طبق نتایج بدست آمده مقدار فنل گل و برگ به ترتیب با افزایش ارتفاع کاهش و افزایش و درصد فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی گل افزایش یافتند، اما مقدار فلاونوئیدها تحت تاثیر ارتفاع رویشگاه قرار نگرفتند. در بررسی خصوصیات خاک، محتوای آنتوسیانین گل متاثر از کمبود فسفر قابل جذب در رویشگاه 3 فیروزجاه بابل و رویشگاه 6 محمدآباد بهشهر افزایش یافت. همچنین بطورکلی در بررسی مواد موثره، ناحیه 7 دارای درصد فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی گل (95/67 درصد) و ریشه (18/86 درصد)، فنل برگ (32/142 میلیگرم/گرم) و ریشه (21/55 میلیگرم/گرم) و آنتوسیانین گل (52/6 میکرومول/گرم) در بنفشه معطر به مقدار بالایی بود، بنابراین میتوان به عنوان ناحیه برتر انتخاب کرد و نمونههای این ناحیه را به عنوان بانک ژنی در تکثیر جنسی و غیر جنسی استفاده کرد.
