بررسی ترکیبات فیتوشیمیایی علفهرز کاهوی وحشی Lactuca serriola L. (مطالعه موردی مزارع روستای وامنان شهرستان آزاد شهر)

ملخص المقالة :
آزمایشی با هدف تجزیه برخی از ترکیبات اولیه و ثانویه در اندامهای مختلف کاهوی وحشی (Lactuca serriola L.) در مرحله فنولوژیکی رویشی انجام شد. پس از جمعآوری اندامهای هوایی کاهوی وحشی از سطح مزارع روستای وامنان از توابع شهرستان آزاد شهر، اندامهای محتلف نظیر ریشه، ساقه و برگ بهتفکیک از یکدیگر جدا، خشک و پودر گردید. همچنین مخلوطی از اندامها بهعنوان تیمار دیگر برای مقایسه با سایر اندامها در نظر گرفته شد. سپس اندامهای مختلف کاهوی وحشی و مخلوطی از آنها از لحاظ برخی از ترکیبات اولیه نظیر میزان ماده آلی، خاکستر خام، پروتئین، آمینو اسید پرولین، نشاسته، قندهای محلول بهعلاوه از لحاظ شاخص پایداری غشای سلولی و ترکیبات ثانویه فنل کل و آنتوسیانین نیز مورد تجزیه کمی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که اندامهای مختلف کاهوی وحشی از مقادیر مختلف متابولیتهای اولیه و ثانویه و بهعلاوه شاخص پایداری غشای سلولی برخوردار بودند. براساس نتایج، اندام برگ کاهوی وحشی بهترتیب از بیشترین و کمترین میزان ماده آلی و خاکستر خام برخوردار بود. همچنین بیشترین میزان ترکیبات پروتئین، نشاسته و اسمولیتهای سازگار کننده قندهای محلول و پرولین مربوط به اندام برگ بود. بیشترین میزان فنل کل و آنتوسیانین به اندام برگ اختصاص داشت که همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری را با شاخص پایداری غشای سلولی نشان دادند. با توجه به زیست توده بالای کاهوی وحشی، پیشنهاد به تجزیه سایر ترکیبات شیمیایی موجود در آن میباشد. جهت استفاده از ترکیبات آنها برای تهیه علفکشهای زیستی نیاز به آزمایشات تکمیلی میباشد.
