بررسی تأثیر تنظیم کنندههای رشد گیاهی جیبرلیک اسید و 2 و4 –دی کلروفنوکسی استیک اسید بر کاهش ترکیدگی میوه پرتقال تامسون ناول(Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck cv. Thomson navel)

به منظور بررسی تأثیر تنظیم کننده های رشد گیاهی بر کاهش ترکیدگی میوه پرتقال تامسون ناول تحقیقی در قالب طرح آماری بلوک های کامل تصادفی با استفاده از 2و4 – دی کلروفنوکسی استیک اسید در غلظتهای 0-10 و 20 میلی گرم در لیتر و جیبرلیک اسید با غلظت های 0- 50 و 100 میلی گرم در لیتر در زمان های حداکثر شکوفایی گل ها، ریزش گلبرگ ها و بلافاصله پس از ریزش فیزیولوژیک میوه در دو سال متوالی (1395 و 1396) به اجرا درآمد. در این آزمایش درصد ترکیدگی میوه، عملکرد میوه، ضخامت پوست میوه، مواد جامد محلول، میزان فعالیت آنزیم های سلولاز و سوپر اکسیددیسموتاز اندازه گیری شد. بر اساس نتایج، بیشترین اندازه ضخامت پوست مواد جامد، عملکرد و فعالیت آنزیم سوپراکسیددیسموتاز و کمترین فعالیت آنزیم سلولاز و درصد میوه های ترک خورده با استفاده از تیمار 20 میلی گرم در لیتر 2و4 –دی همراه با 100 میلی گرم در لیتر جیبرلیک اسید بدست آمد.
