بررسی رابطه بین هوش سازمانی و خلاقیت کارکنان دردانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تهران مرکزی در سال1388

ملخص المقالة :
یکی از بزرگترین چالشهای مدیریت امروز چگونگی ایجاد نسلهای جدیدی از سازمانهای هوشمند است این پژوهش به بررسی رابطه بین هوش سازمانی و خلاقیت در دانشگاه آزاد واحد تهران مرکزی می پردازد. مولفه های هوش سازمانی از نظر آلبرخت چشم انداز استراتژیک، سرنوشت مشترک، میل به تغییر، روحیه، اتحاد و توافق، کاربرد دانش و فشار عملکرد می باشند. روش جمع آوری اطلاعات از نوع همبستگی بوده است. نمونه های آماری شامل 280 نفر از کارکنان دانشگاه در سطوح مدیریتی، کارشناسی و کارمندی و به روش طبقه بندی نسبی تصادفی انتخاب شد ،ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه هوش سازمانی آلبرخت و پرسشنامه خلاقیت رندسیپ بوده است. نتایج پژوهش ارتباط مثبت و معنی دار هوش سازمانی و مولفه هایش با خلاقیت را تایید نمودند، به طوریکه به ازای هر واحد افزایش یا کاهش در هوش سازمانی و مولفه های آن خلاقیت افزایش یا کاهش می یابد.
