ارائه مدل مسؤولیتپذیری اجتماعی شرکتی در فضای رقابتی بر مبنای بهبود بهرهوری نیروی کار در صنایع غذایی

ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر مسؤولیتپذیری اجتماعی شرکتی را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، ارائه مدلی در زمینه مسؤولیتپذیری اجتماعی شرکتی است که در صنایع غذایی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و بر مبنای بهبود بهرهوری نیروی کار مبتنی است. پژوهش از نوع کاربردی- اکتشافی و از نوع کیفی است. خبرگان صنایع غذایی با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی شناسایی شدند که با توجه به کفایت دادهها درمجموع با 13 خبره مصاحبه شد. روش تجزیهوتحلیل، نظریه داده بنیاد با رهیافت نظاممند استراوس و کوربین بود و دادهها از طریق مصاحبه عمیق گردآوری شدند. نتایج مؤید آن است که بر اساس روش داده بنیاد، 161 کد باز، 46 کد محوری و همچنین 20 کد انتخابی حاصل شده است. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، حاصل اجرای مدل ارائه شده، دستیابی به بهبود تجربه مشتری، حسن شهرت برند و استقلال اقتصادی است. در شرایط فعلی کشور که در تحریم اقتصادی به سر میبرد، عامل مهمی در کاهش وابستگی کشور ایران به کشورهای دیگر به حساب میآید و همچنین بر اساس نتایج، از طریق آراستگی محیط کار، نظافت و پاکیزگی محیط کار میتوان به بهبود بهرهوری نیروی کار رسید.
