سنتز پژوهی شایستگیهای مدیران دانشگاهی: طراحی یک الگو

ملخص المقالة :
یکی از اساسیترین مشکل دانشگاهها، فقدان الگوی مناسب برای انتخاب شایستهترین افراد در پستهای مدیریتی است. پژوهش حاضر باهدف طراحی الگوی شایستگی مدیران دانشگاهی انجامشده است. رویکرد پژوهش کیفی و از نوع سنتز پژوهی است.جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه مطالعات داخلی و خارجی چاپشده در حوزه شایستگی مدیران دانشگاهی در بین سالهای 1392 تا 1402 به تعداد 80 مقاله بوده است. در این راستا کلیدواژههای مرتبط با اهداف پژوهش مورد جستجو قرار گرفت و با در نظر گرفتن معیارهای ورود به مطالعه و حذف پژوهشهای نامرتبط ازلحاظ عنوان و کلیدواژه، چکیده و نتیجهگیری و بررسی تفصیلی مقالات بر اساس مرتبط بودن با سؤالات و کیفیت پژوهش ها ازنظر اعتبار ابزارها و روشهای تحلیل مورداستفاده، درنهایت تعداد 31 مقاله جهت بررسی و تحلیل انتخاب شدد. پس از پالایش چندمرحلهای و تحلیل و ترکیب دادهها، درنهایت الگوی شایستگی مدیران دانشگاهی با 4 مضمون فراگیر و 8 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 102 مضمون پایه ترسیم که مضامین فراگیر شامل شایستگیهای آستانهای (شخصیتی و اخلاقی)، شایستگیهای متمایز (رهبری و تفکر نظاممند) و شایستگیهای کانونی (اجتماعی، اجرایی) و شایستگی حرفهای (دانشی، مهارتی) بودند.
