ملخص المقالة :
هدف از این تحقیق مدلی برای ارتقای سطح مسؤولیت پذیری اجتماعی اعضای هیأتعلمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی (استان تهران) بر اساس اخلاق حرفهای و عملکرد شغلی بوده است. تحقیق حاضر ازنظر هدف در گروه تحقیقهای توسعهای قرار دارد و ازنظر نوع تحقیق، ترکیبی (آمیخته اکتشافی) است. تعداد 361 نفر بهعنوان نمونه این پژوهش از بین جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل 5371 نفر اعضای هیأتعلمی رسمی و پیمانی تماموقت و پارهوقت در سطح استان تهران با استفاده از فرمول کوکران انتخاب گردیدند. برای تبیین ابعاد و شاخصهای مسؤولیت پذیری اجتماعی اعضای هیأتعلمی از روش دلفی استفاده شده است که در این بخش کیفی پژوهش نظرات 30 نفر از خبرگان مرتبط جمعآوری و تجزیهوتحلیل گردید. یافتههای پژوهش در بخش کیفی پنج مؤلفه و 25 شاخص برای ارتقای مسؤولیت پذیری اجتماعی است و در بخش کمی حاکی از رابطه معنیدار بین اخلاق حرفهای و عملکرد شغلی با مسئولیت اجتماعی اعضای هیأتعلمی است. نتیجه این پژوهش ارائه مدلی برای ارتقای سطح مسؤولیت پذیری اجتماعی اعضای هیأتعلمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان بهعنوان و میزان تأثیر دو متغیر اخلاق حرفهای و عملکرد شغلی بهعنوان متغیرهای مستقل است که روابط مدلسازی شده و میزان تأثیر هر یک عوامل مشخص گردیده است که نشان میدهد اخلاق حرفهای تأثیر و نقش پررنگتری نسبت به عملکرد شغلی در مدل دارد.
