مطالعه بیوتیپی استافیلوکوکوس اورئوسهای جدا شده از شیر و فرآوردههای آن در شهرستان تبریز

دانستهها در مورد خصوصیات فنوتیپی استافیلوکوکوس اورئوسهای جدا شده از شیر و فرآوردههای آن در شهرستان تبریز بسیار محدود است. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی بیوتیپدر باکتری مورد مطالعه بود. به این منظور تعداد 48 استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس جدا شده از شیر خام گاو (24 جدایه)، پنیر محلی (12 جدایه)، بستنی سنتی (12 جدایه) که قبلاً از سطح شهر تبریز جمعآوری و جداسازی شده بودند، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. روش بیوتایپینگ با استفاده از واکنش آزمایش های استافیلوکیناز، بتا-همولیزین، انعقاد پلاسمای گاو و واکنش کریستالویوله انجام پذیرفت. از میان 48 جدایه مورد مطالعه، 23 (9/47 درصد) جدایه متعلق به اکووار انسانی و دو جدایه متعلق به اکووار گوسفندی (2/4 درصد) و مابقی جدایه ها در اکووارهای غیر میزبان خاص بیوتیپبندی شدند. با توجه به میزان بالای آلودگی فرآوردههای شیر به اکووارهای انسانی این فرض تقویت میشود که این اکوارها بهواسطه دستکاری انسانی از این طریق به فرآوردههای دامی انتقال یافته باشند.
