بررسی فراوانی و الگوی حساسیت آنتیبیوتیکی یرسینیا انتروکولیتیکا در گوشت و احشاء خوراکی مرغ عرضه شده در اردبیل

ملخص المقالة :
یرسینیا انتروکولیتیکا از مهمترین باکتریهای منتقل شونده از راه مواد غذایی است که باعث ایجاد بیماری یرسینیوزیس میشود. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی آلودگی گوشت و احشاء خوراکی مرغ عرضه شده در شهرستان اردبیل به یرسینیا انتروکولیتیکا و تعیین الگوی مقاومت آنتیبیوتیکی جدایهها انجام شد. در این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی طی فصول بهار و تابستان سال 1395، تعداد 344 نمونه شامل 264 نمونه گوشت مرغ و 80 نمونه احشاء بهصورت تصادفی انتخاب و با روش استاندارد ملی ایران از نظر آلودگی به یرسینیا انتروکولیتیکا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. حساسیت آنتیبیوتیکی جدایهها به روش کربی-باوئر بررسیشد. یافتههای تحقیق نشانگر آلودگی 34/22 درصدی نمونههای گوشت مرغ و 5/37 درصدی احشاء به یرسینیا انتروکولیتیکا بودند. در بررسی الگوی آنتیبیوگرام جدایهها بیشترین مقاومت به آمپیسیلین با 74/84 درصد مشاهده شد. سپس سفالوتین با 49/69 درصد و سفالکسین با 4/64 درصد مقاومت، قرار داشتند. در مقابل مقاومت نسبت به کلرامفنیکل و سیپروفلوکساسین دیده نشد. با توجه به آلودگی بالای گوشت و احشاء خوراکی مرغ به یرسینیا انتروکولیتیکا و وجود سویههای مقاومت به آنتیبیوتیک، اعمال راهکارهای بهداشتی جهت کاهش آلودگی گوشت مرغ به یرسینیا انتروکولیتیکا و استفاده اصولی از آنتیبیوتیکها در صنعت پرورش طیور، برای جلوگیری از گسترش سویههای مقاوم به آنتیبیوتیک و انتقال آنها به زنجیره غذایی انسان ضروری میباشد.
