Examining the teacher's performance with learning motivation and academic vitality of female students in the first year of high school

The aim of the current research was to investigate the relationship between teacher performance and learning motivation and academic vitality of female students in the first year of high school in the 8th district of Tehran in the academic year 2021-22. The current research is part of applied research in terms of purpose and correlational studies in terms of method. The research community comprised all 4500 female students of the first secondary school in the 8th district of Tehran, and 338 people were included in the analysis in a random cluster. To collect information, three questionnaires on teacher performance by Patrick Heasley et al. (2000), learning motivation by Kashif et al. (2013), and academic vitality by Hossein Chari et al. (2013) were used. Research data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and regression tests. The results of data analysis showed that there is a relationship between teacher's performance and learning motivation and academic vitality. Also, the results of data analysis using regression analysis showed that the sub-components of teacher enthusiasm, competency feedback and variety of methods, basic knowledge, preparation for class, experiential learning, and relaxation can predict learning motivation and independence support is related Being, taking care of students, communication interaction, preparation for class, increased attachment and relaxation can predict academic vitality.
