طراحی مدل تواضع مربی، تسهیم دانش و تنوع گروهی با خلاقیت بازیکنان لیگ برتر والیبال ایران

ملخص المقالة :
خلاقیت بازیکنان لیگ برتر والیبال ایران بود. تحقیق حاضر از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعۀ آماری این تحقیق را تمام بازیکنان و مربیان 9 تیم لیگ برتر والیبال بانوان تشکیل دادند. روش نمونهگیری به صورت تمام شمار در نظر گرفته شد (126 نفر). از پرسشنامۀ تواضع مربی ، خلاقیت بازیکنان، تسهیم دانش، برونگرایی و پرسشنامۀ گشودگی استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. هم چنین در این پژوهش از نرم افزار SPSS نسخۀ 26 و نرم افزار Smart Pls نسخۀ 3 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین تواضع مربی با تسهیم دانش در بازیکنان رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد. در حالی که بین تواضع مربی با خلاقیت بازیکنان رابطه منفی معناداری مشاهده شد. علاوه بر این، بین تسهیم دانش با خلاقیت بازیکنان رابطه مثبت معناداری به دست آمد. تسهیم دانش در ارتباط بین تواضع مربی با خلاقیت نقش میانجی ندارد. همچنین، گشودگی در ارتباط بین تواضع مربی با تسهیم دانش بازیکنان نقش تعدیلگر معناداری داشت در حالی که نقش تعدیلگر برونگرایی در ارتباط بین تواضع مربی با تسهیم دانش بازیکنان معنادار نبود. بنابراین، پیشنهاد میشود کمیتۀ مربیان فدراسیون والیبال دورههای آموزشی جهت آشنایی مربیان با سبکهای مربیگری برگزار نماید.
