ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر آموزش و پرورش متعالی در پرتوی الگوی ذهنی تعالی فردی معلمان است. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی و از جهت داده های تحلیل شده از نوع ترکیبی(آمیخته) اکتشافی است. از آنجایی که هدف، شناخت الگوهای ذهنی معلمان نسبت به تعالی فردی می باشد، روش کیو در بخش کیفی به‌کار گرفته شده است. مشارکت‌کنندگان در بخش کیفی ده نفر از استادان دانشکده‌های علوم تربیتی، مدیران و معاونان موفق مدارس استان خراسان رضوی بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. مشارکت کنندگان تکمیل کننده جداول کیو، دوازده نفر از معلمان برجسته آموزش و پرورش با سابقه درخشان می باشند که جداول مذکور در اختیار آنها قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش برای باورپذیری در بخش کیفی از درگیری طولانی‌مدت استفاده شده است. برای سنجش میزان اعتبار ابزار گردآوری داده ها در بخش کمّی از روایی صوری استفاده شد و پژوهشگر گزینه های کیو را به تأیید مدیران و مسئولان شرکت رسانده است. پایایی ابزار پژوهش از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است که نشان دهنده اعتماد بالای عبارات کیو و نتایج مرتب سازی آنها در نمودار کیو است. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین اجماع بر عامل یک (قابلیت های فردی) به میزان 15.994و کمترین اجماع بر عامل سوم (قابلیت های حرفه ای) با 13.079 می باشد. لازم به ذکر است که قابلیت های روان‌شناختی، در دسته بندی دیدگاه ها از رتبه دوم برخوردار است.
