رابطه بین استرس شغلی و دلبستگی شغلی با تعهد سازمانی معلمان ابتدایی شهر یاسوج

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین استرس شغلی و دلبستگی شغلی با تعهد سازمانی در معلمان ابتدایی شهر یاسوج در سال تحصیلی 99-98 انجام شد. روش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش بر حسب هدف کاربردی و در زمره پژوهش های توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است جامعه آماری در تحقیق حاضر کلیه معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان یاسوج به تعداد 400 نفر بود، که حجم جامعه معلوم از طریق فرمول فیشر تعداد 220 نفر از طریق روش در دسترس بصورت آنلاین انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این تجقیق پرسشنامه بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده های آماری این پژوهش با به کارگیری آمار توصیفی از شاخص های گرایش مرکزی (میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) برای توصیف داده ها و در بخش آمار استنباطی از آزمون های ضریب همبستگی ساده پیرسون و همبستگی چندگانه به کمک نرم افزارSPSS نسخه 22 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که میزان ضریب همبستگی بین متغیرها 67/0 می باشد. همچنین ضریب تعیین نشان داد که 45/0 درصد از تعهد سازمانی در معلمان ابتدایی شهر یاسوج بر اساس استرس شغلی و دلبستگی شغلی پیش بینی می شود. با توجه به بزرگ بودن F و مقدار معنی داری نتیجه گرفته می شود که که مدل رگرسیونی مناسب خواهد بود. زیرا بیشتر تغییرات متغیر وابسته در مدل رگرسیونی دیده شده است. با توجه به مقدار(78.59) F و معنی دار بودن آن می توان گفت که مدل رگرسیون می تواند به شکل معنی داری تغییرات متغیر وابسته را تبیین کند. همچنین با مراجعه به آماره T و سطوح معنی داری می توان قضاوت کرد، که متغیرهای مستقل تحقیق بر تعهد سازمانی در معلمان ابتدایی شهر یاسوج، اثر معنی دار دارند. سازمان ها می توانند از طریق توجه به شکایت ها و مشکلات کارکنان، تأمین خواسته های آنها شرایط لازم را برای کاهش استرس و بهبود تعهد آنها به سازمان فراهم نمایند.
