ملخص المقالة :
انقلاب صنعتی چهارم در حال دگرگونی صنایع تولیدی و خدماتی در سطح دنیا و به ویژه کشورهای پیشرو در این زمینه می باشد. این پدیده، میتواند همزمان فرصتها و تهدیدهای گستردهای برای صنایع کشورمان به همراه داشته باشد. با تدوین برنامههای راهبردی متناسب با اتکا به توان و مزیتهای رقابتی ایران، میتوان ضمن حفظ و ارتقای سطح رقابتپذیری صنایع کشور از این فضای در حال شکلگیری در جهت بهینهسازی فرآیندهای توسعه صنعتی استفاده بهینه نمود. در مقاله حاضر به ارائه الگوی توسعه پایدار با رویکرد انقلاب صنعتی 4 در صنعت خودرو پرداخته شده است. در این مطالعه، سعی شد تا موانع توسعه پایدار و همچنین فرصتهای انقلاب صنعتی 4 در جهت ایجاد توسعه پایدار، با بررسی ادبیات موضوع و نظر خبرگان طی اجرای تکنیک دلفی، شناسایی و دستهبندی گردد. سپس از رویکرد مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری جهت سطح بندی و تعیین روابط بین موانع پایداری استفاده شد. در گام بعد، فرصتهای انقلاب صنعتی 4 توسط روش AHP فازی، رتبهبندی گردید. در نهایت، با استفاده از نظر خبرگان صنعت خودرو، پیشنهاداتی جهت تخصیص، فرصتهای انقلاب صنعتی 4 برای رفع موانع پایداری ارائه گردید. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد: 1) بیشترین تاثیر را به ترتیب موانع سیاسی، فنی و اقتصادی بر پایداری و توسعه پایدار در صنعت دارند؛ 2) ابعاد محیطی و اجتماعی به ترتیب بیشترین تاثیر را از موانع سیاسی و فنی میپذیرند؛ 3) در بین فرصتهای انقلاب صنعتی ۴) فرصتهای اطلاعاتی و تکنولوژیکی انقلاب صنعتی 4 دارای بالاترین رتبه و مدیریت زنجیره تامین دارای کمترین رتبه میباشد.
