بررسی دزهای کشنده جدایه ایرانی قارچ Beauveria bassiana در کنترل میکروبی بید آرد (Lep.: Pyralidae) Ephestia kuehniella روی

بید آرد Ephestia kuehniella از آفات مهم انباری می باشد. این تحقیق به منظور بررسی کارایی جدایه ایرانی مناسب قارچ Beauveria bassiana در کنترل میکروبی شب پره آردEphestia kuehniella روی خرمای رقم سایر انجام شد. برای تعیین قدرت کشندگی قارچ روی مراحل تخم، لارو و شفیره، پنج دُز 104،104×5، 105، 105×5 و 106اسپور در میلی لیتر به روش غوطه ورسازی استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از روش لگاریتم-پروبیت برازش گردیدند. نتایج نشان داد که بیش ترین دُز کشنده 50 درصد مربوط به جدایه IRAN441Cروی شفیره 104 × 76/1 و کمترین دُز کشنده 50 درصد مربوط به مرحله تخم و معادل103×49/3 اسپور در میلی لیتر بود. بالاترین و پایینترین زمان50 درصد کشندگی به ترتیب برای شفیره و تخم و معادل 67/3 و 38/3 روز بود. به طورکلی نتایج تحقیقات در فاز آزمایشگاهی که قدم نخست در امکانسنجی کاربرد این قارچ در کنترل میکروبی بید آرد می باشد، نشان داد که قارچ عامل بیمارگر از پتانسیل کاربرد بالایی برخوردار است.
