پژوهش حاضر با هدف مفهوم پردازی برنامه درسی محیط کار به عنوان یک گفتمان مغفول یا نوظهور به صورت کیفی و با دیدی پدیدارشناسانه از نوع توصیفی انجام گرفت. برنامه درسی محیط کار پدیده ای است که وابسته به زمینه، متن و تابع بلوغ سازمان ها بوده و شامل مجموعهای از مباحثات است که در بسترهای مختلف میبایست مورد تفسیر و تعبیر قرار گیرد. زیرا در فرآیند تولید گفتمانی برخی برخی گفتمانها، ممنوع یا سرکوب و برخی دیگر پذیرفته میشوند. از سویی تفاوت در بستر، عرصه و گفتمان های معین، موجب شکل گیری، دگرگونی و حتی دیگرگونی در گفتمان های برنامه درسی در محیط کار می شود. آنچه در این فرآیند مشهود است وجود برنامه درسی محیط کار به عنوان یک فرآیند مغفول است که فراسوی هر گفتمان آن، گفتمان دیگری وجود دارد.
