تحلیلی بر وضعیت موجود و مطلوب تصمیمگیرندگان در فرایند طراحی و تدوین برنامه درسی در آموزش صنعتی

ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل وضعیت موجود و مطلوب تصمیمگیرندگان در فرایند طراحی و تدوین برنامهدرسی آموزش صنعتی انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل مدیران آموزش 258 شرکت صنعتی شهر مشهد بود 45 شرکت که دارای واحد آموزش مستقل و فعال بودند به روش هدفمند مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و از این بین، 25 شرکت با پژوهشگر همکاری کردند. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی ـ پیمایشی و ابزار جمعآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه محققساخته بود. در این پرسشنامه میزان اختیار تصمیم گیری سه گروه اصلی ذی نفع در آموزش صنعتی(واحد متقاضی برنامه آموزشی، واحد آموزش و مدرس) بر اساس 9 مؤلفه برنامه درسی در دو وضعیت موجود و مطلوب در طیفی 10 ارزشی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جهت تحلیل دادهها از آزمون t و تحلیل واریانس استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد که در وضعیت موجود مدرس دوره بیشترین میزان مشارکت در وضعیت مطلوب واحد آموزش بیشترین میزان مشارکت داشت. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که میانگین نمرات مشارکت هر یک از عوامل سهگانه تصمیمگیرنده در دو وضعیت موجود و مطلوب با یکدیگر تفاوت داشت و میزان مشارکت مورد انتظار برای هر یک از عوامل سهگانه در وضعیت مطلوب بیشتر بود. همچنین نتایج تحلیل واریانس یکراهه نشان داد که بین میانگین نمرات مشارکت عوامل سهگانه تصمیمگیرنده در دو وضعیت موجود و مطلوب تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت. علاوه بر این میزان مشارکت عوامل سهگانه در تصمیمگیری در شرکتهای بزرگ، کوچک و متوسط با یکدیگر تفاوت نداشت.
