اثربخشی زوجدرمانی مبتنی بر رویکرد ایماگوتراپی بر کیفیت رابطه زناشویی زنان متأهل

ملخص المقالة :
این پژوهش باهدف بررسی اثربخشی زوجدرمانی مبتنی بر رویکرد ایماگوتراپی بر کیفیت رابطه زناشویی زنان انجام گرفت. طرح پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی و از نوع پیشآزمون - پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش زنان متأهل دارای تعارض زناشویی مراجعهکننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر همدان در سال 1397 بود. برای انتخاب حجم نمونه، 30 زن به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس و هدفمند انتخاب شدند و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) قرار داده شدند. گروه آزمایشی به مدت 8 جلسه درمان هفتگی 90 دقیقهای تحت درمان قرار گرفت و گروه گواه طی این مدت هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. جهت جمعآوری دادهها از مقیاس کیفیت ابعاد رابطه زناشویی (PRQC) استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری (مانکو) تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که زوجدرمانی ایماگوتراپی در افزایش معنادار کیفیت ابعاد رابطه زناشویی و تمام شش خردهمقیاسهای آن (رضایت از رابطه، اعتماد، تعهد، شور و هیجان جنسی، صمیمیت و عشق) تاثیر داشته است (05/0>P).
