بیتصمیمی مسیر شغلی در پسران: نقش عوامل فردی و سبکهای فرزندپروری والدین

هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش سبکهای فرزندپروری، خودکارآمدی تصمیمگیری شغلی و هوش هیجانی در بیتصمیمی مسیر شغلی پسران بود. طرح پژوهش از نوع همبستگی است. جامعۀ آماری همۀ دانشآموزان پسر دبیرستانهای شهر اصفهان بود. 200 دانشآموز به روش تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای از بین چهار دبیرستان ناحیه 4 و 5 آموزش و پرورش شهر اصفهان انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای سنجش عبارت بودند از پرسشنامۀ هوش هیجانی پترایدز و فارنهام (2002)، مقیاس خودکارآمدی تصمیمگیری مسیر شغلی تیلور و بتز (1983) و پرسشنامۀ بیتصمیمی مسیر شغلی اسیپو، کارنی و باراک (1976) و پرسشنامۀ سبکهای فرزندپروری باومریند (1988). برای تحلیل دادهها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام نشان داد که از بین عوامل مذکور به ترتیب سبک مقتدرانه، خودکارآمدی تصمیمگیری مسیر شغلی، هوش هیجانی و سبک سهلگیرانه، بیتصمیمی مسیر شغلی را بهصورت معنادار پیشبینی میکنند (01/0>P ).
