تأثیر تعارض کار ـ خانواده بر فرسودگیِ شغلی با میانجیگری کیفیت زندگی و رضایت شغلی در کارکنان شرکت پالایش گاز سرخون و قشم

ملخص المقالة :
هدف این پژوهش، تأثیر رابطۀ علّی بین تعارض کارـ خانواده و فرسودگی شغلی با توجه به نقش میانجیگری کیفیت زندگی و رضایت شغلی بر اساس الگوی مدل معادلات ساختاری بود. پژوهش از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری همۀ کارکنان شرکت پالایش گاز سرخون و قشم بود که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای، 200 نفر انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامههای تعارض کارـ خانواده (نتمایر و همکاران، 1996)، کیفیت زندگی (سازمان جهانی بهداشت، 1996)، شاخص توصیفی شغلی (JDI، اسمیت و همکاران، 1969) و فرسودگی شغلی (مسلش و جکسون، 1981) را تکمیل کردند. تحلیل دادهها و ارزیابی مدل پیشنهادی با نرمافزار AMOS-21 انجام شد. یافتهها نشان داد که تعارض کارـ خانواده بهصورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم از طریق کیفیت زندگی و رضایت شغلی بر فرسودگی شغلی تأثیرگذار بوده است. همچنین، تعارض کارـ خانواده بهصورت مستقیم بر متغیرهای کیفیت زندگی و رضایت شغلی تأثیر میگذارد. نتایج حاکی از تأثیر منفی معنادار کیفیت زندگی و رضایت شغلی بر فرسودگی شغلی و تأثیر مثبت و معنادار کیفیت زندگی بر رضایت شغلی بود (01/0>P ). نتایج مدل کلی نشان داد که شاخصهای مدل مفروض از برازش مطلوب برخوردارند.
