تبیین مولفه های اثربخشی مدارس دوره ابتدایی بر اساس سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش

ملخص المقالة :
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین مولفه های اثربخشی مدارس دوره ابتدایی بر اساس سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش برای ارائه الگوی مطلوب در استان قزوین انجام شده است. روش: روش تحقیق آمیخته (کمی،کیفی) است. در بعد کیفی، از روش اکتشافی و تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده است و ابزارهای آن، کدگذاری باز، نظری و انتخابی بود. جامعه آماری شامل سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش، مصوبات اجرایی مدارس و برنامه درسی ملی می باشد. در بعد کمی از روش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی استفاده شده که ابزارآن پرسشنامه بوده است. روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظر کارشناسان و پایایی آن با آلفبای کرونباخ بررسی و مورد تایید قرار گرفت. با استفاده از روش طبقه ای نسبتی، 300 نفر از جامعه آماری در دسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. از مدل اندازه ‎گیری تحلیل عاملی تاییدی در نرمافزار SPSS و از تحلیل مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری برای برآورد اعتبار الگوی استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد میانگین مؤلفه های راهبری و مدیریت تربیتی 39/4، برنامه درسی 36/4، تربیت معلم و تأمین منابع انسانی 57/4، تأمین و تخصیص منابع مالی 68/4، تأمین فضا، تجهیزات و فن آوری 56/4، پژوهش و ارزشیابی 56/4 بیشتر از سطح متوسط 3 می‎باشد و دارای بار عاملی مناسب برای پیش بینی الگوی دستیابی به مدارس ابتدایی اثربخش بر اساس سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش می‎باشند. نتیجه گیری: مدارس دوره ابتدایی جهت حرکت به سمت اثربخشی بیشتر نیازمند تغییر نگاه مدیریت و رهبری، محتوای برنامه درسی به روز و کارآمد و نیروی انسانی آموزش دیده می باشد.
