نقش میانجی مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز در رابطه محرک¬های محیطی و عملکرد پایدار

ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اهمیت روزافزون مسائل زیست محیطی در سازمان¬ها، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر فشارهای محیط خارجی و انگیزه¬های درونی بر عملکرد سازمان با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی پذیرش زنجیره تامین سبز و تدارکات سبز پرداخته است. روش بررسی: این پژوهش، از نظر هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ روش، توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را مدیران و کارشناسان شرکت قالب¬های صنعتی ایران¬خودرو تشکیل می¬دهد که تعداد آن¬ها 331 نفر بوده است. حجم نمونه پژوهش بر اساس فرمول کوکران، به تعداد 178 نفر محاسبه شده است. جهت نمونه¬گیری، از روش نمونه¬گیری در دسترس استفاده شده و گردآوری داده¬ها توسط پرسشنامه محقق¬ساخته انجام شده است. روايی محتوایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان و پايايی آن، توسط آلفای کرونباخ مورد تايید قرار گرفته است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده¬های پژوهش، از روش مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرم¬افزار Amos استفاده شده است. یافته ها: یافته¬های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که فشارهای محیط خارجی با نقش میانجی پذیرش مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز و تدارکات سبز، بر عملکرد سازمان تاثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد. همچنین، تاثیر انگیزه¬های درونی بر عملکرد سازمان با نقش میانجی پذیرش مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. بحث و نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته¬ها می¬توان گفت اقدامات سازمان¬ جهت سازگاری با محیط زیست و رعایت الزامات محیطی، راهی برای تمایز از رقبا محسوب می¬شود و بکارگیری زنجیره تأمین سبز، علاوه بر بهره¬مندی سازمان از مزایای ناشی از صرفه¬جویی، می¬تواند با ایجاد نوآوری در طراحی و تولید محصولات سازگار با محیط زیست، سبب حداکثر شدن سودآوری سازمان نیز گردد.
