ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: مطالعات امکان سنجی وسیله ای است که می تواند وضوح شرایط مورد نظر را برای برنامه ریزان بیشتر سازد، هدف از این تحقیق، شناخت عوامل زمینه ساز تعیین کننده در امکان‌سنجی استقرار سیستم مدیریت ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی در سازمانهای دولتی ایران می‌باشد.روش بررسی: این پژوهش از نظر غایت، پژوهشی کاربردی می باشد و در زمره تحقیقات کاربردی توسعه ای قرار دارد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را دو گروه تشکیل می دهند.گروه اول تعداد 30نفر از خبرگان و گروه دوم را کلیه کارکنان سازمانهای دولتی استان کرمان به حجم 77528 نفر می‌باشند که حجم نمونه در این حوزه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به تعداد 384 نفر تعیین گردید. این پژوهش در سال 1398 انجام شده است، ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته امکان سنجی استقرار سیستم مدیریت ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی می‌باشد که روایی آن توسط خبرگان تاییده شده و پایایی آن نیز مورد تایید قرار گرفته است و مقدارآلفای کرونباخ آن برابر با 986/0 می باشد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزارspss و Smart Pls مورد تجزیه تحلیل قرار گرفته اند.یافته ها: یافته های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که عوامل زمینه ساز برون سازمانی و درون سازمانی و مؤلفه های آنها وضعیت مطلوبی داشته اند و تاثیر آنها نیز بر امکان سنجی استقرار سیستم مدیریت ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی مثبت و معنادار می باشد. وعوامل زمانی و تکنولوژیکی به ترتیب با میانگین رتبه های 24/4 و 17/4 بیشترین رتبه را در بین عوامل طمینه ساز برون سازمانی داشته اند و عوامل سبک رهبری و اطلاع رسانی به ترتیب با میانگین رتبه های 38/4 و 31/4 بیشترین رتبه را در بین عوامل زمینه ساز درون سازمانی داشته اند.بحث و نتیجه گیری: درنظرگرفتن عواملی که در پژوهش حاضر مورد بررسی قرار گر فته اند و توجه به نقاط قوت و کاستی های این عوامل، می‌تواند تا حد زیادی مسیر حرکت به سمت استقرار سیستم مدیریت ایمنی و بهداشت شغلی را در سازمانهای دولتی ایران روشن کند.
