کنکاشی بر عملکرد سرمایه فکری از منظر فرآیندهای مدیریت دانش در یکی از بیمارستان‌های شهر تهران

مقدمه: مدیریت دانش فرآیندی است که به سازمان کمک می‌کند اطلاعات مهم و مفید را یافته، گزینش، سازماندهی و منتشر کند مقاله حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیرات مدیریت دانش در سازمان و شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد سرمایه فکری در یکی از بیمارستان‌های شهر تهران انجام شده است. روش پژوهش: این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف یک تحقیق کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی می‌باشد. پس از مطالعه پیشینه موضوع و بررسی الگوهای موجود در مورد مدیریت دانش و سرمایه فکری و شکل گیری چارچوب نظری، متغیرهای مهم تحقیق شناسایی و فرضیات تحقیق مشخص گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل محققین و کارکنان یکی از بیمارستان‌های شهر تهران می‌باشد. با استفاده از جدول کرجس و مورگان و بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده (80=n) به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه مدیریت دانش پروست و همکاران (2000) و سرمایه فکری بوتیس (1998) می‌باشد. یافته‌ها: روایی پرسشنامه‌ها توسط 10 نفر از افراد خبره مورد تایید قرار گرفت و از طریق آزمون آلفای کرونباخ پایایی هر دو پرسشنامه به ترتیب 0/78 و 0/80 به دست آمد. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که هر یک از ابعاد (ارزیابی ، هدف، شناسایی، کسب، توسعه، تسهیم، نگهداری و استفاده) مدیریت دانش بطور مستقیم با عملکرد سرمایه فکری تاثیر مثبت داشته است. نتیجه گیری: از یافته‌های فوق می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که هر یک از سازمان‌ها به منظور بهبود عملکرد فکری در سازمان خود باید در جهت ارتقای هر یک از ابعاد مدیریت دانش برنامه ریزی‌های لازم را بعمل آورند.
