عوامل موثر بر تسهیم دانش در زنجیره تأمین (مطالعه موردی: زنجیره تأمین برق خراسان)

ملخص المقالة :
زمینه با توجه به اینکه تسهیم موثر دانش یک روش مهم برای بهبود کارایی عملیاتی زنجیره تأمین است، بررسی عوامل موثر بر تسهیم دانش در زنجیره تأمین امری ضروری بنظر می رسد درحالیکه تحقیقات کمی در این زمینه صورت گرفته است. هدف این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی عوامل موثر بر تسهیم دانش در زنجیره تأمین است. روش پژوهش نوع تحقیق از نظر روش" آمیخته اکتشافی" است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه مدیران شرکتهای عضو زنجیره تأمین برق خراسان (461 نفر) می باشد که از این تعداد، 215 نفر با استفاده از شیوه نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقه بندی شده به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب گردید. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرمافزارهای Excel،SPSS،Statistica10 ، و آزمون های نسبت (z) و -t استودنت مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرارگرفت. یافته ها برطبق یافته های تحقیق، یک مدل مفهومی در هشت عامل و تئوری های مرتبط شناسایی گردید. نتایج حاصل از تست مدل حاکی از این بود که عامل نگرش سازمانی نسبت به تسهیم دانش و عامل اعتماد بین سازمانی به ترتیب دارای بیشترین و کمترین میانگین در زنجیره تأمین برق خراسان است. نتیجه گیری این مطالعه به درک عوامل مهم موثر بر تسهیم دانش در زنجیره تأمین کمک می کند.
