ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه و هدف: برنامهریزی درسی نقش حیاتی در موفقیت تحصیلی و سلامت روان نوجوانان ایفا میکند. با این وجود، عدم گرایش به این مهارت یک چالش آموزشی شایع است. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی نظاممند عوامل مؤثر، پیامدهای ناشی از آن و ارائه راهکارهای عملی برای ترویج مهارت برنامهریزی درسی در نوجوانان انجام شد.
روش شناسی پژوهش: این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و به روش فراترکیب انجام گرفت. با جستجوی نظاممند در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی داخلی و بینالمللی، مقالات مرتبط تا سال ۱۴۰۲ جمعآوری و بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج غربالگری شدند. در نهایت، دادههای کیفی مطالعات منتخب با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون تجزیه و تحلیل و سنتز شدند.
یافتهها: یافتهها در سه محور اصلی دستهبندی شد. عوامل زمینهساز در پنج بُعد فردی (مانند ضعف خودتنظیمی)، خانوادگی (مانند سبک تربیتی ناکارآمد)، آموزشی (مانند محتوای نامتناسب)، مدرسهای و اجتماعی شناسایی شد. پیامدها شامل مشکلات تحصیلی (مانند افت عملکرد)، روانی-هیجانی (مانند استرس و فرسودگی)، رفتاری و اجتماعی بود. در مقابل، راهکارهای ارائهشده در شش حوزه آموزشی (مانند آموزش مهارتهای زندگی)، روانشناختی (مانند مشاوره انگیزشی)، مدیریتی، فناورانه، فرهنگی و خانوادگی تدوین گردید.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: یافتهها بر چندبعدی بودن پدیده بیبرنامگی درسی و نیاز به یک راهبرد جامع و یکپارچه تأکید میکنند. مداخلات موفق باید همزمان بر تقویت مهارتهای فردی نوجوان و نیز اصلاح محیط آموزشی و خانوادگی تمرکز کنند. اجرای راهکارهای پیشنهادی میتواند منجر به ارتقای خودکارآمدی، انگیزه تحصیلی و پایداری پیشرفت دانشآموزان شود.
