طراحی الگوی عوامل رفتاری مؤثر بر بکارگیری هوش مصنوعی در صنعت بانکداری

افزایش استفاده از فناوری و ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی (AI) در سازمانها اجتنابناپذیر است و تأثیر آن بر تجربیات کارکنان، رفتارهای آنان و طراحیهای شغلی اهمیت بسیاری دارد. هدف این پژوهش، مدلسازی عوامل رفتاری مؤثر بر بکارگیری هوش مصنوعی در صنعت بانکداری استان مازندران با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) است. در بخش کیفی، از روش فراترکیب برای شناسایی مؤلفههای کلیدی استفادهشد که چهار بعد کلیدی همکاری انسان و هوش مصنوعی، نگرش کارکنان نسبت به هوش مصنوعی، هوش مصنوعی بهعنوان مکانیزم کنترلی در مدیریت الگوریتمی و تحولات عملکردی و سازمانی ناشی از بهکارگیری هوش مصنوعی. این پژوهش، چارچوبی علمی و قابل استناد برای درک عوامل رفتاری مؤثر بر پذیرش و بکارگیری هوش مصنوعی در صنعت مازندران ارائه کرده است. پایایی شاخصها با ضریب کاپای کوهن و اعتبارسنجی شاخصها در بخش کیفی با بررسی ضرایب CVR و CVI تأیید گردید و الگوی اولیه پژوهش شکلگرفت. جهت برازش مدل و دستیابی به مدل نهایی پژوهش از تکنیک تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و نرمافزار LISREL8.8 استفادهشدهاست، جامعه آماری کمی 280 نفر از کارکنان بانک ملی شعب استان مازندران بودند که 162 نفر بر اساس فرمول کوکران و به روش نمونه گیری خوشهای دو مرحلهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها در بخش کمی پرسشنامه محققساخته 23 گویهای مستخرج از بخش کیفی میباشد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نشان داد که تمامی ابعاد و مؤلفههای مدل اولیه مورد تأیید میباشند. پیشنهاد میشود مدیران بانکها با تمرکز بر آموزش کارکنان و شفافسازی مدیریت الگوریتمی، پذیرش هوش مصنوعی را تسهیل کنند تا بهرهوری و رضایت شغلی افزایش یابد.
