ملخص المقالة :
یکی از مفاهیمی که در بحث ریال دیجیتال و بهطور کلی شبکههای هوشمند اهمیت دارد، بحث قرارداد هوشمند است. این موضوع یکی از نقاط قوت شبکه های هوشمند است. در این راستا هدف تحقیق حاضر شناسایی عوامل موثر بر قراردادهای هوشمند مبتنی بر رمز ریال در صنعت خودور سازی ایران بود. تحقیق حاضر با توجه به اهدافی که دارد جزء تحقیقات کاربردی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل خبرگان حوزه رمزریال و قراردادهای هوشمند می باشند که با روش غیر تصادفی حجم نمونه تعیین شد و 25 نفر جهت مشارکت در تحقیق انتخاب شدند. جهت گرداوری دادهها از مصاحبه و پرسشنامه استفاده شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روشهای گرندد تئوری و دلفی استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد برای مقوله علی 7 مفهوم (اعتماد سازی میان شرکای تجاری، شفاف سازی انتظارات طرفین، تطابق قصد، اعتماد الکرونیک، مشتریان هوشمند، پیشتیبانی دیجیتال و ارتباطات هوشمند)، مقوله مداخله گر 7 مفهوم (زیر ساخت ها، سازگاری، فناوری های دیجیتال، تحول دیجیتال، نیروی انسانی متخصص، امنیت دیجیتال) و برای مقوله زمینهای نیز 7 مفهوم (دانش و مهارتهای شبکهای، اینترنت اشیا، تحلیل هوشمند، بلاکچین، محتوای هوشمند، کیفیت وب سایت، رایانش ابری، شیوههای اجرا) ، و برای مقوله محوری(اصلی) 9مفهوم (ضمانت اجرا، ارتباطات، اعتماد سازی، ارتقاء قوانین و مقررات دولتی، برتری رقابتی، تعاملات آنلاین، توافقات سطح خدمات، اعتبار سنجی، تعهد، امنیت تراکنشها) و برای راهبردها 4مفهوم (غیرمتمرکز بودن، اجرای هوشمند، کاهش پیچیدگی ها، ارزیابی ریسک) و پیامدها نیز4 مفهوم (سودآوری، سرعت، اعتمادسازی، کارآیی) شناسایی شدند که با روش دلفی مورد تأیید مشارکت کنندگان قرارگرفت.
