رابطه مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی با تعهد سازمانی در بین کارکنان ادارات تعاون ، کار و رفاه اجتماعی استان آذربایجان غربی

ملخص المقالة :
این مطالعه با هدف تعیین رابطه ابعاد مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی با تعهد سازمانی در بین کارکنان ادارات تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی استان آذربایجانغربی انجام پذیرفته است. جامعه آماری، کارکنان ادارات تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی استان آذربایجانغربی که تعداد آنها برابر ۲۳۶ نفر بود. بر اساس فرمول کوکران، حجم نمونه ۱۴۶ نفر تعیین شد. شیوه انتخاب نمونه، نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای (بر حسب محل خدمت و جنسیت) بود. روش تحقیق پیمایش و ابزار جمعآوری دادهها پرسشنامههای استاندارد و محقق ساخته بود. بر اساس یافتهها، میانگین متغیر مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی برابر 8/73 انحراف استاندارد 68/14 و متغیر تعهد سازمانی کارکنان 95/48 و انحراف استاندارد 98/9 بود. نتایج به دست آمده نشان دادکه بین میزان مسئولیت- پذیری اجتماعی کارکنان با تعهد سازمانی آنان رابطه معنیدار وجود ندارد، اما بین بعد اجتماعی و بعد اخلاقی مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی کارکنان با تعهد سازمانی آنان رابطه مثبت و معنیدار وجود دارد. همچنین بین بعد اقتصادی و بعد قانونی مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی کارکنان با تعهد سازمانی آنان رابطه معنیدار وجود نداشت.
