هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطه طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه، دانش و نگرش جنسی با نگرش بیوفایی زناشویی در پرستاران زن شاغل در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر کرمانشاه بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر با توجه به هدف آن از نوع کاربردی و شیوه‌ی اجرا از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری کلیه پرستاران شاغل زن در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر کرمانشاه در سال 1402-1401 تشکیل می‌دهد. در این پژوهش از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس استفاد شد که 188 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه طرحواره ناسازگار اولیه یانگ و براون (1999)، دانش و نگرش جنسی بشارت و همکاران (1384)، بیوفایی زناشویی مارک وایتلی (2006) استفاده شد. در تحلیل توصیفی داده‌ها (فراوانی، میانگین، انحراف معیار) و از آمار استنباطی (آزمون کالموگروف- اسمیرونوف و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون) استفاده شده است. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل نشان داد بین طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و دانش و نگرش جنسی با بیوفایی زناشویی در پرستاران زن شاغل در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر کرمانشاه رابطه معناداری وجود دارد (05/0>P). همچنین طرحواره ناسازگار اولیه، دانش و نگرش جنسی توان پیش‌بینی بیوفایی زناشویی در پرستاران زن شاغل در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر کرمانشاه را دارد. نتیجه گیری: در نتیجه می توان گفت که طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه عامل مهم و تأثیرگذار در ارتقای سلامت روان است و با شناسایی عوامل همراه با برنامهریزی صحیح می توان سطح دانش و نگرش جنسی افزایش و بی وفایی زناشویی را کاهش داد.
