بررسی اثربخشی درمان تحلیل رفتار متقابل بر تعارضات زناشویی و سبکهای عشقورزی زوجین ورزشکار

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی درمان تحلیل رفتار متقابل بر تعارضات زناشویی و سبکهای عشقورزی زوجین ورزشکار بود. روش: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ نیمهآزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ، ﺑﺎ ﻃﺮح ﭘﯿﺶآزﻣﻮن و ﭘﺲآزﻣﻮن با ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ- ﮔﻮاه است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه زوجین ورزشکار مراجعهکننده به مرکز مشاوره خانواده شهرستان بیرجند در سال 1397 است که به روش نمونهگیری نمونه مورد پژوهش به¬طور تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش ( گروه کنترل: 15 زوج، گروه آزمایشی درمان تحلیل رفتار متقابل: 15 زوج) قرار گرفتند. افراد گروه آزمایش مداخلهی تحلیل رفتار متقابل را در 12 جلسه دریافت کردند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ تعارضات زناشویی (MCQ) (1375) و پرسشنامه سبکهای عشق ورزی (LAS) (1986) بود که با استفاده از تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره بر مولفههای تعارضات زناشویی و همچنین سبکهای عشقورزی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد مداخله تحلیل رفتار متقابل کاهش معناداری بر همه مولفههای تعارضات زناشویی داشته است و همچنین درمان تحلیل رفتار متقابل افزایش معناداری بر مولفههای سبکهای عشقورزی از جمله عشق رمانتیک، بازیگرانه، دوستانه و فداکارانه داشته است. رویکرد تحلیل رفتار متقابل، با تمرکز بر اصلاح الگوهای رفتاری و ساختارهای شخصیتی، میتواند به عنوان یکی از روشهای کارآمد در بهبود روابط زناشویی و ارتقاء سبکهای سالم عشقورزی، بهویژه در بافت خاص زوجهای ورزشکار، مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که درمان تحلیل رفتار متقابل کاهش معناداری بر همه مولفه¬های تعارضات زناشویی از جمله کاهش همکاری، کاهش رابطه¬ی جنسی، افزایش واکنش هیجانی، افزایش جلب حمایت فرزندان، افزایش رابطه با خویشاوندان خود، کاهش رابطه با خویشاوندان همسر و دوستان، جدا کردن امور مالی از یکدیگر و کاهش ارتباط موثر در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل داشته است.
