عوامل و پیامدهای موثر بر توسعه گردشگری شهری مبتنی بر توسعه پایدار

ملخص المقالة :
هدف: توسعه گردشگری شهری در راستای توسعه پایدار می تواند به پایداری اقتصادی و زیست محیطی شهرها کمک کند، بر همین اساس این مطالعه تلاش می کنند تا عوامل و پیامدهای موثر بر توسعه گردشگری شهری را مورد بررسی قرار دهد
مواد و روش‌ها: این تحقیق با رویکردی کیفی و روش مروری نظام مند انجام شده است که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند 22 مقاله در باب موضوع که طی سالهای 1393 تا 1403 منتشر شده است و به علل و پیامدهای توسعه گردشگری شهری در راستای توسعه پایدار پرداخته اند ، انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که عمده مقالات مورد بررسی به رویکرد کمی و به روش پیمایش انجام شده است. کیفیت محیطی، عوامل زیست محیطی، جاذبه های گردشگری از مهم ترین عوامل تاثیر گذار بوده است. همچنین از مهم ترین پیامد مثبت اشاره شده پیامدهای اقتصادی چون رشد اقتصادی، اشتغال و افزایش درآمد ؛ و مهم ترین پیامدهای منفی مربوط به تغییرات کالبدی چون تغییر کاربری اراضی و افزایش ساخت و سازها و از بین رفتن بافت با ارزش شهر بوده است
نتیجه‌گیری: با در نظر گرفتن ابعاد سه گانه توسعه پایدار در توسعه گردشگری شهری می بایست ضمن پایداری اقتصادی شهر به بهبود کیفیت زندگی ساکنین و بهسازی زیرساخت ها و خدمات کمک کرد و برای گردشگران شهری رضایت و دسترسی و آسایش ایجاد می کند.
