تاثیر مدیریت اجتماعی شرکت بر مدیریت نشاط کاری و نقش میانجی گری رضایت شغلی: مورد مطالعه (کارکنان شرکتی سازمان تامین اجتماعی استان آذربایجان غربی)

ملخص المقالة :
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت بر مدیریت نشاط کاری و نقش میانجی رضایت شغلی صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کارکنان شرکتی سازمان تامین اجتماعی استان آذربایجان غربی می باشد.تحقیق فوق از نظر نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی، پیمایشی می باشد. پرسشنامه توسط نرم افزار تحت وب گوگل (GoogleForms) برای آزمایش مدل مفهومی ایجاد شد. با توجه به اینکه سازمان تامین اجتماعی تجربه قابل توجهی در مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت داشت، پرسشنامه برای کارکنان شرکتی سازمان تامین اجتماعی استان آذربایجان غربی بصورت لینک ارسال شد که در نهایت 206 پرسشنامه دریافت گردید. در این مطالعه از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS-SEM) برای تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SmartPLS 4.1 استفاده شد. تمام فرضیه های تحقیق مورد تایید قرار گرفت نتایج نشان داد، مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت تاثیر معناداری بر مدیریت نشاط کاری داشتند. رضایت شغلی به نوبه خود با مدیریت نشاط کاری رابطه مثبت و معناداری داشت. این مطالعه با طبقه بندی چهار شیوه مهم مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتی به دو نوع از دیدگاه نظریه ذینغعان، به ادبیات موجود کمک می کند. در نهایت با توجه به بررسی های بعمل آمده، این پژوهش یکی از اولین مطالعاتی است که رابطه بین مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت و مدیریت نشاط کاری و رضایت شغلی پرداخته است.
