الگوی توانمندسازی زنان و راهکارهای افزایش مشارکت آن‌ها در توسعه سیاسی پایدار در ایران

ملخص المقالة :

مشارکت سیاسی زنان، به عنوان یکی از مسائل بسیار مهم دنیای امروز، نیازمند توجه و بررسی دقیق است. این تحقیق با هدف طراحی الگوی توانمندسازی و ارائه راهکارهایی برای افزایش مشارکت فعال زنان در دستیابی به توسعه سیاسی پایدار در ایران انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل 19 نفر از خبرگان در رشته‌های جامعه‌شناسی، علوم سیاسی، مدیریت و مطالعات زنان بودند که از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختار یافته داده‌ها جمع‌آوری شد. روش پژوهش به صورت کیفی (تفسیری) و کمّی (اثبات‌گرا) با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون در بخش کیفی و روش معادلات ساختاری تفسیری (ISM) در بخش کمّی انجام شد. تحلیل‌ها با نرم‌افزار Excel و میک مک صورت گرفت. یافته‌های مستخرج از این پژوهش به 144 مضمون پایه، 35 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 13 مضمون فراگیر منجر شد. روایی داده‌های کیفی با استفاده از روش گوبا و لینکلن تأیید گردید. در نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش 13 متغیر اصلی برای توانمندسازی زنان شناسایی شده که با مدل ISM تحلیل شدند. مدل شامل 6 سطح بود که از جمله آن‌ها توانمندسازی از طریق آموزش و آموزه‌های دینی، شکل‌گیری جامعه متوازن و اصلاحات سیاسی است. این روش‌ها به افزایش مشارکت زنان، توسعه پایدار و دموکراسی منجر می‌شوند. این تحقیق به شناسایی متغیرهای کلیدی و تحلیل روابط بین آن‌ها پرداخته و الگوی جدیدی برای توانمندسازی زنان در زمینه سیاسی ارائه می‌دهد.
