طراحی الگوی پیشایندها و پسایندهای تفکر انتقادی کارکنان در سازمانهای دولتی ایران

ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: تفکر انتقادی فرایندی است که فرد را قادر میسازد بر اساس دلایل معتبر، جنبههای مختلف یک مسئله را قضاوت نماید. هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی پیشایندها و پسایندهای تفکر انتقادی کارکنان در سازمانهای دولتی ایران می باشد.
روش تحقیق: در این پژوهش از رویکرد آمیخته استفاده شد. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی، اساتید مدیریت و مدیران ارشد سازمانهای دولتی بودند که به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند، 18 نفر انتخاب شدند. جامعه آماری بخش کمی، شامل مدیران و کارشناسان سازمانهای دولتی ایران بودند که حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول کوهن 176 نفر بهصورت خوشهای دومرحلهای برآورد شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزارهای NVIVO و SMART PLS استفاده گردید.
یافتهها: یافته ها 9 مضمون را شناسایی کردند. جو و فرهنگ سازمانی، آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی، شایستگی کارکنان، و انگیزه کارکنان پیشایندهای تفکر انتقادی و تصمیم گیری بهتر و توانایی حل مسئله، حفظ و نگهداشت منابع انسانی، بهره وری و تعالی سازمانی، خلاقیت و نوآوری، و آینده نگری پسایندهای تفکر انتقادی معرفی شدند.
نتیجه گیری: جهت ارتقای تفکر انتقادی در کارکنان سازمان های دولتی، تمرکز بر پیشایندهای شناسایی شده از سوی مدیران، و نهادینه کردن آنها در محیط کار حائز اهمیت می باشد.
