بررسی و تحلیل عوامل موثر بر کارآفرینی گردشگری در شرایط بحران (مطالعه موردی: شهر اصفهان)

ملخص المقالة :
گردشگری یکی از پرظرفیتترین صنایع در ایران است که قابلیتهای فراوانی برای راه اندازی مشاغل جدید دارد و اگر از فرصتهای بی شماری که در این حوزه وجود دارد به خوبی استفاده شود میتوان زمینه را برای کارآفرینی، اشتغال زایی و درآمد زایی فراهم کرد. با وجود اهمیت کارآفرینی در گردشگری، امروزه کشور و بطور وسیعتر جهان، درگیر بحرانی به نام کرونا ویروس شده که بشدت گردشگری را تحت تاثیر خود قرار داده است. این مقاله با هدف شناسایی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر کارآفرینی گردشگری در شرایط بحران و بررسی شدت روابط بین عوامل انجام شدهاست. پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی، اکتشافی و کیفی می باشد. جامعة آماری شامل خبرگان بخش گردشگری در شهر اصفهان می باشند. در مرحله اول با استفاده از بررسی ادبیات نظری و مطالعه عمیق منابع، مصاحبه های عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان و انجام روند تئوری داده بنیاد، عوامل و مولفه های موثر شناسایی شده و در مرحله دوم به منظور بررسی روابط علی و شدت روابط آنها از روش نگاشت شناختی فازی(FCM) استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که براساس مطالعات انجام شده چهار عامل فرهنگی- اجتماعی، محیطی و زیرساختی، اقتصادی و نهادی بر کارآفرینی گردشگری تاثیر گذار بوده و عامل محیطی و زیرساختی بیشترین شدت رابطه را با متغیر کارآفرینی گردشگری دارد. علاوه براین هریک از عوامل مذکور با یکدیگر نیز رابطه داشته و بر هم تاثیر می گذارند و از این طریق نیز بر متغیر کارآفرینی گردشگری تاثیر گذار بوده اند.
