کاربست ارزش های اخلاقی در کشاورزی ارگانیک

ملخص المقالة :
اهمیت کشت و زرع در آیات متعدد قران و روایات دینی مورد تأکید فراوان گرفته است. بر طبق آیات و روایات کشاورزی، یک تلاش مستمر، برای انسان به شمار می رود. از سویی، انسان با تلاش و کار، بهصورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم موجبات آسایش خود را فراهم آورده است؛ و همچنین آرامش را هم با کسب و کار حلال میتوان به دست آورد. مسائل اخلاقی برآمده از کشاورزی همانند، مداخله انسان در مسیر طبیعت، تأثیرات پارهای از اعمال کشاورزی به مثابه یک فعالیت ذاتی انسان، وظایف عملی انسانها در برابر طبیعت و محصولات کشاورزی، شامل مواردی چون مصرف بهینه و حفظ و نگهداری آبوهوای سالم و زمین حاصلخیز می گردد. به دلیل نگرانی عمومی از ناسالم بودن غذا، تهدید سلامت افراد و تخریب منابع طبیعی، کشاورزی ارگانیک که بر تولید محصولات سبز تأکید دارد، کانون توجه قرار گرفته است. در اسلام تأکید بر غذای پاک و طیب و تولید کشاورزی، با احترام به طبیعت و حفظ کامل تمامیت طبیعت، درواقع همان کشاورزی ارگانیک است که با ملاحظات اخلاق زیستی و سلامت انسان و دام در سال های اخیر مطرح گردیده است. لذا احیا و انجام کشاورزی ارگانیک، ضرورتی اخلاقی و انسانی برای کل دنیا و بشریت می باشد.
