ملخص المقالة :

هدف پژوهش حاضر  بررسی نقش میانجی ناگویی هیجانی در رابطه بین تجربه بدرفتارهای دوران کودکی و پریشانی روانشناختی با اقدام به خودکشی در نوجوانان افسرده بود. طرح پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است. ۲۱۴ نفر از نوجوانان افسرده در شهرهای اردکان و میبد در سال‌ ۱۴۰۲ با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. شرکت‌کنندگان پرسش‌نامه‌های افسردگی (بک، 1996)، اقدام به خودکشی (عثمان و همکاران، ۲۰۰۱)، تجربه بدرفتارهای دوران کودکی (برنشتاین و همکاران، ۱۹۹۴)، پریشانی روانشناختی (کسلر و همکاران، ۲۰۰۲) و ناگویی هیجانی (پارکر و تیلور، ۱۹۹۴) را تکمیل کردند. تحلیل داده‌ها در چارچوب مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای 28 Spss و Amos 26 انجام شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد اثر مستقیم تجربه بدرفتارهای دوران کودکی به اقدام به خودکشی غیر‌معنی‌دار (۰۵/۰<P)؛ اثر مستقیم پریشانی روانشناختی و ناگویی هیجانی به اقدام به خودکشی ‌معنی‌دار است (۰۵/۰>P). نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد نقش میانجی ناگویی هیجانی در رابطه بین تجربه بدرفتارهای دوران کودکی و اقدام به خودکشی در نوجوانان افسرده معنادار (۰۵/۰>P) و نقش میانجی ناگویی هیجانی در رابطه بین پریشانی روانشناختی و اقدام به خودکشی در نوجوانان افسرده نیز معنادار بوده است (۰۵/۰>P). یافته‌‌ها از تأثیر پیچیده ناگویی هیجانی در رابطه بین بدرفتاری‌های دوران کودکی، پریشانی روان‌شناختی و اقدام به خودکشی را در نوجوانان افسرده حمایت کرد که می‌تواند در مداخلات موثر برای کاهش اقدام به خودکشی در نوجوانان افسرده مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
