مؤلفههای رفتاری مؤثر در محبوبیت مدیران (رویکرد مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری)

ملخص المقالة :
تحقیق حاضر باهدف شناسایی و تبیین مولفه های محبوبیت مدیران بارویکرد مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری درنظر گرفته شد. باتوجه به ادبیات ومبانی نظری محبوبیت مدیران/کارمندان، جهت شناساسی مولفهها درچهار مرحله از AI و ChatGPT استفاده شد که پاسخ هر مرحله با ده مولفه/شاخص انجام شد. در نهایت مولفههای مشترک هر چهار مرحله توسط 15 نفر از مدیران بخش دولتی و خصوصی اساتید دانشگاه مرتبط با موضوع به عنوان جامعه خبره بررسی که براساس فراوانی نظرات و اجماع نظری حاصل شده، مولفههای نهایی مشتمل بریازده مولفه مشخص و روابط بین آن نهایی شدند. با استفاده از تکنیک مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری روابط بین مولفههای نهایی، موردبررسی قرارگرفت وضمن سطح بندی مولفهها، در چارچوب میزان قدرت/نیروی نفوذ ووابستگی مولفهها، یافتهها نشان دادکه به جزء مولفه تفکر رویایی واستراتژیک که در سطح دوم قرار دارد، بقیه مولفهها در سطح یک قرار گرفتند. همچنین مولفههای " عدالت / انصاف " و " انعطافپذیری وسازگاری" به عنوان مولفه های پیوندی محبوبیت مدیران تعیین شدند. این مولفهها دارای قدرت نفوذ و قدرت وابستگی زیادی بوده وضمن اینکه بر تمامی مولفه تاثیرگذار می باشند؛ از تمامی مولفه های دیگر نیز تاثیرپذیر خواهند بود. بنابراین برای انتخاب و انتصاب مدیران، ضمن درنظر داشتن استانداردهای علمی، عملی، سوابق شغلی، مدیریتی، اخلاقی، جهادی، پایبندی به اصول انقلاب اسلامی، میزان همسویی فکری و اعتقادی با دولت، میزان محبوبیت و مقبولیت آنان نزد سایرمدیران وتمامی کارمندان همکار، سنجیده وازاین پتانسیل معنوی واجرایی به رای گذاشتن میزان مقبولیت ومحبوبیت مدیر، به عنوان آیتمی قابل اتکا نیزاستفاده نماید.
