نقش میانجی رفتار اخلاقی در مدلسازی تاثیر سیرت نیکو بر معنویت در محیط کار؛ واکاوی دیدگاه معلمان

سیرت قلب اخلاقیات در سازمان است. هدف از این پژوهش، تبیین تاثیرسیرت نیکو بر معنویت در محیط کار با میانجی گری رفتار اخلاقی است. تحقیق فوق به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از حیث جمع آوری داده ها توصیفی - همبستگی با استفاده از الگوی معادلات ساختاری می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل معلمان شهرستان نقده می باشد که به کمک فرمول کوکران، 297 نفر برای نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده های پژوهش از پرسشنامه سیرت نیکوی نصر اصفهانی(1391) با پایایی 97/0، پرسشنامه معنویت در محیط کار میلیمن(2003) با پایایی 96/0 و پرسشنامه رفتار اخلاقی لوزیر(1993) با پایایی 94/0 استفاده شد. پرسشنامه ها از روایی واگرا و روایی همگرای مناسب برخوردار بودند. به منظور آزمون نیکویی برازش از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری بارویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی تحلیل صورت گرفت. نتایج تحلیل نشان داد، سیرت نیکو بر معنویت در محیط کار و رفتار اخلاقی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. سیرت نیکو به میزان79 % از تغییرات معنویت درمحیط کار را به طور مستقیم تبیین می کند. متغیر سیرت نیکو به طور غیر مستقیم با متغیرمیانجی گری رفتار اخلاقی 19 % (ضریب مسیر 0.21*0.88) بر متغیر معنویت در محیط کار تاثیر دارد و رفتار اخلاقی بر معنویت درمحیط کار تاثیری معادل 0.21 دارد. تاثیر سیرت نیکو بر ابعاد، احساس همبستگی با کار و همسویی با ارزش های سازمان، معادل 0.95 و بر بُعد کاربا معنا، معادل 0.83 می باشد.
