بررسی نقش درگیری شغلی بر افزایش خلاقیت کارکنان در سازمان

ملخص المقالة :
هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی نقش درگیری شغلی برافزایش خلاقیت کارکنان است که در سازمان جهاد کشاورزی شهرستان داراب، بررسیشده است. روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع تحلیلی میباشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه کارکنان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی شهرستان داراب بوده که تعداد آنها برابر 188 نفر است؛ که با استفاده از جدول مورگان و نمونهگیری تصادفی –طبقهای تعداد 101 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه بوده که عبارتاند از پرسشنامه درگیری شغلی و پرسشنامه خلاقیت که هر دو استاندارد است. در این تحقیق، برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای بهدستآمده از نمونهها از روشهای آمار توصیفی (درصد، فراوانی) و در سطح آمار استنباطی (آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون- معادلات ساختاری (تحلیل مسیر)) و برای انجام این عملیات از نرمافزار آماری spss 18 و pls استفادهشده است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیات نشان داد مؤلفههای درگیری شغلی برافزایش خلاقیت تأثیر معنیداری دارند.
