بررسی رابطه بین سواد اطلاعاتی با قابلیتهای کارآفرینی با نقش میانجی مهارتهای اجتماعی هنرجویان هنرستانهای فنی

هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین سواد اطلاعاتی با قابلیتهای کارافرینی با نقش میانجی مهارتهای اجتماعی هنرجویان هنرستانهای فنی بود. روش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است و از نظر هدف جزء تحقیقات کاربردی است. جامعه آماری در این تحقیق شامل هنرجویان هنرستانهای فنی آموزش و پرورش ناحیه 2کرمان که شامل 2283 نفر پسر و 1736 نفر دختر بود. روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای است حجم نمونه پژوهش حاضر 351 نفر که 152 نفر دختر و199نفر پسر بود. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه سواد اطلاعاتی رحمانی و همکاران(1386)، پرسشنامه مهارتهای اجتماعی ایندربیتزن و فوستر (۱۹۹۲) و پرسشنامه قابلیتهای کارآفرینی میرزا صفی (1388) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزار spss ویراست 24 و Amos استفاده شد و سطح معنی داری 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها نشان داد بین سواد اطلاعاتی با قابلیتهای کارافرینی هنرجویان هنرستانهای فنی رابطه وجود دارد، بین سواد اطلاعاتی با مهارتهای اجتماعی هنرجویان هنرستانهای فنی رابطه وجود دارد، بین قابلیتهای کارافرینی با مهارتهای اجتماعی هنرجویان هنرستانهای فنی رابطه وجود دارد، بین مولفههای سواد اطلاعاتی با قابلیتهای کارآفرینی هنرجویان هنرستانهای فنی رابطه وجود دارد و بین مولفههای سواد اطلاعاتی با مهارتهای اجتماعی هنرجویان هنرستانهای فنی رابطه وجود دارد.
